Add functions to Role not working

RAC role will not be saved.
When creating/editing a role and adding new functions the role will not be saved.

Korrektur war fälschlicherweise im SCMUI Korrekturtransport. Es wurden nun neue Korrekturen angelegt, sowie SCMUI Last-Inst repariert
