Dump Massenprognose

Führt man die Massenprognose Report /GIB/DCF_FORECAST_MASS mit einer ungültigen Aggregationsebene aus, dumpt der Report mit GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED.
Ungültige Aggregationsebenen werden beim Submit des Planungssheets aus einer anderen Anwendung nicht erneut geprüft
