RWB - Monitor - Änderungszeit ist im Update doppelt(HANA)

Im Update der RWB-Basis-Tabelle /GIB/DCC_BRMARC wird die Änderungs-Uhrzeit zweimal übergeben.
Das führt im Versions-Update zu einem Generierungsfehler.
Die Syntax-Prüfung erkennt den Fehler nicht.
