Potentialanalyse - Monat - Startdatum des Zeitraums reagiert u.U. nicht auf jahresabh. Geschäftsjahresvariante (PERIV 4-4-5) 

Das Startdatum des Monats (Buchungsperiode)ist bei jahresabhängien Geschäftsjahresvarianten (PERIV 4-4-5) nicht der erste Tag des Monats ("01."), da hier auf Wochen abgegrenzt wird (Perioden-Ende ist immer der letzte Sonntag des Monats). 
Beispiel:
Monat 11-2019 beginnt am 04.11.2019 und endet am 01.12.2019 - 4 Wochen
Monat 12.2019 beginnt am 02.12.2019 und endet am 29.12.2019 - 4 Wochen
Monat 01.2020 beginnt am 30.12.2019 und endet am 02.02.2020 - 5 Wochen

Anpassungen:
Selektionsbild:
(1) Umbenennen:
    - "zum Ende des Monats" in "zum Ende der Buchungsperiode"
(2) Überarbeitung:
    - initiales Startdatum / Endedatum
(3) Überarbeitung:
    - Zeitraum-Ermittlung für Datenbeschaffung
      - Startdatum / Endedatum
      Anfang via Buchungsperiode ermitteln 
      - nicht mehr standardmäßig auf "01." setzen
