DCC - Reichweitenmatrix - Überarbeitung der Default-Einstellung

Die Reichweite "Verbrauch via Abgang pro Tag im RW-Zeitraum" wird als Default-Reichweite hinzugefügt, wenn in den Benutzereinstellungen keine Reichweite als Default eingegeben wurde.
