DCC - Simulation einstufig mit Dispobereich - Dispoprofil des Dispobereichs zuweisen (falls vorhanden)

ab DC-Release 19.0 ist es möglich, DCC-Dispoprofile zum Dispobereich zu pflegen (via korrespondierendem DCC-Controlling-Bereich)

Die "DCC-Simulation einstufig" wird erweitert:
- falls ein korrespondierendes Dispoprofil zum Dispobereich angelegt ist,
  wird dieses in der Simualtion der Dispoparameter herangezogen.
